General Policy
At PCP, we pride ourselves on our 100% success guarantee in passing your trading challenge. Here are the conditions under which refunds are considered:

  • Refunds Issued: Refunds are available solely in instances where we fail to meet our commitment to pass your challenge.
  • Incorrect Information Provided by Client: If the service failure results from the client providing incorrect information, and no correction is made by the client, a refund cannot be offered.
  • Completion of Service: Our service is considered fully rendered once the challenge has been successfully passed. Therefore, no refunds can be issued after service completion if the correct details were initially provided by the client.

Refund Procedure
Clients eligible for a refund based on the above conditions should reach out to us directly. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within a specified period, typically 5-10 business days, once the refund request is approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have been successfully completed.
  • Failure due to incorrect information from the client that was not corrected.
  • Any service-related fees after providing correct client details.

Cancellation Policy
Given the immediate start of our services upon engagement, cancellations are treated similarly to refund requests. Cancellations are only viable if PCP is unable to uphold the guaranteed service promise.

Additional Notes

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to PCP.
  • Disputes over services must be communicated within 5 business days following the service’s completion.
